Systems help you to plan, organize and automate.

The third phase of your business is “Everything Wrong” in which you are fighting in the market place, you are trying to sell products that nobody wants or needs. It is also the phase where you realize that the way you do things in your business is not working.

The “Everything Wrong” phase of your business is also about taking responsibility for your own actions. In this phase you have to accept that you need help, you need help organizing and automating. In this phase you realize that you are not going to create the results that you want without some help.

The next phase of your business is “Everything Right” in which you are ready to be fully committed to your business. You have to stop thinking about the “things that could go wrong” and start thinking about the “things that are already wrong”. In this phase you make sure that your systems are in place, that your marketing plan is in place, that the system for your accounting is in place. In this phase you make sure that the books are in balance, that your marketing plan is implemented, that your billing system is in place and that the systems are working for your systems.
