SEO Building Backlinks Using Multiple Pages

In the world of search engine optimization, most people are familiar with Google’s methods for getting them to rank their pages highly for a particular keyword or phrase.

However, a person who may only perform SEO for a couple of websites could be at a severe disadvantage if the Google algorithm for page rank are not in sync with the algorithm used by their competitors for ranking.

For example, suppose your competitors have a page rank of 8 and you only have page rank of 3 and your competitors have a lot more links than you do. What are the chances that you will show up at the top of Google for your competitors keyword?

To combat this, the majority of search engines these days offer a feature called “link popularity” in their results. This feature determines how well-linked a given page is and also how well-ranked it is for that keyword.

In the search engine results, it shows how many backlinks your competitor’s page has and also its page rank. And also how many links are pointing to it and the relative page rank. This helps you improve your page rank and also helps you get higher in Google’s search results.

However, a number of them are not aware of this feature. A number of them, believe that “Backlinks” are distributed evenly across all of the pages in the network and so their results for “backlinks” will be even across the network.

However, a number of them are not aware of this feature. A number of them, believe that “Backlinks” are distributed evenly across all of the pages in the network and so their results for “backlinks” will be even across the network. Search engines believe that different sites or URLs have different amounts of links, and this is absolutely not true. They have a set number of links and the pages in the network don’t differ in their link popularity.

The problem is that some people are selling backlinks, and some sites are using techniques to get multiple backlinks for a given URL. While, most people are using the same page as the homepage, but it has only a single link pointing to it. As you can see, there is no consistency in the “link popularity”.

The only consistent factor is the links and the PageRank.

If you think that you are going to have a consistent level of backlinks, start to build links to pages around the same topic and then link to your own page with the same anchor text. This will give you a higher “link popularity” as compared to those who are using several pages that have links to multiple subjects. As you can see, there is no consistent advantage, and a number of disadvantages.

If you have access to a database, simply use that and generate a lot of backlinks to your sites. If you are having a hard time, find links to similar sites and build backlinks there. That can give you a steady traffic. But, for all of you who are having trouble, you should consider other ways of getting links, like commenting on blogs and forums. The posts you make there will not only have a consistent “link popularity”, but also the backlinks will be more stable.
